As a young child, Brandi Jodoin was fascinated with her dad's business of building homes from scratch. After years of exposure to the many aspects of home design and construction, Brandi began experimenting with design and construction on a limited scale, assisting with the family business.
In fact you could say that she married into it as well. She met her husband of 32 years, working in the trade and as their relationship grew, they shared and exchanged ideas and applications to build the foundation of what has become Arcatheos Construction LLC; focusing on home renovation and remodeling.

Brandi Jodoin
Owner
Brandi is a passionate owner, holding her team accountable for every project detail to assure each client's goals, vision, dreams for the project are met or exceeded in execution. She is involved in every aspect of the business through daily communication with her team leads.
Corey Jodoin
Construction Operations Manager
Since no two projects are exactly alike, Corey directs and supervises the most appropriate team of vetted professionals and craftsman to complete every job. He is passionate about detail and examines every component of a project, on site, to assure the work performed is exact and complete to assure our clients' expectations are met or exceeded. Corey brings over 35 years of commercial and residential construction experience to Arcatheos. He's done it all so to speak, from simple carpentry to operating complex equipment. He's driven by delivering our promise, to provide "excellence from beginning to end."
Joe Manganiello
Project and Customer Relations Manager
Joe works closely with Brandi and Corey, establishing clients needs, goals, vision for their projects. He provides 2D and 3D renderings to help clients visualize their project as it's developed, then coordinates the most appropriate combination of professionals, a working budget and project timeline, putting the project together before turning it over to construction for execution. Joe brings nearly 50 years combined experience with business process, design and construction.
